2020 S63

Some issues with 2020 S63

All,
I have a few issues with my 2020 S63.

Every once in a while, when I start the car, it revs to 4000 RPM for no reason then returns to idle.

I aslo on occasion recieve 3 notices:

Active Blind Spot inoperative, Active brake assist function limited, and one other.

I checked all sensors are clean.

Any ideas what may be going on?
