What Tire Pressure is Best?

Hi Guys, I have a 2018 S63 sedan. 44K miles.

What tire pressure are you guys running your cars at? I ask because mine are set to 49pis cold on all four tires. Some of the guys on the non-AMG forum suggest pressures closer to 33psi. My car runs perfectly, as far as I can tell, at the upper limit of suggeste psi. The car had barand new PS4's when I bought it last year, inflated to 49psi. Then when I replaced them with All-Season PS4's last november the tires shop inlated them to 49psi cold. They normally get to around 51psi to 52psi in daily driving during this past summer. I want the best handling and safety, not too concerned about safrificnign a little ride quality.

What are you guys doing??

What the gas door says. For me, below too squishy. Above too hard.

Upper limit of what we find in the gas door.
I always figure at max weight for max MPH.
She’s seen 190. Was still pulling but was running out of road.

Maybe I'll try low 40's, around 43psi, all around and see if that makes a difference. I checked the tires and don't see uneven wear. What psi are you running?

When I look at the label, it says higher pressures at higher speeds, kind of counterintuitive since the heat causes pressures to rise. I like the idea of 40psi, maybe I'll ratchet down to 44-45 first, then 40 after I get a feel for the first step.
I've dreamed of driving my S63 at a little under 150, but I've had dreams of not having any grey hair and going 160 in my 3000GT, and almost 190 in my XFR, but I was a kid when I dreamed that.
When you were dreaming about driving your car, what was the top speed you achieved...again, in your dreams, not real life.
