Hey guys,
If anyone with S63 2018-20 lives near this area please let me know. I want to hear/feel how your transmission engages from D to R and R to D. Having concerns with mine.

Weird. Mine (2018 S63 sedan) goes from reverse to forward just like the transmission in my S550 did, feels exactly the same. Smooth as silk, with no perceptable clunking noise or vibration. And I'm sometimes guilty of changing gears with the car still rolling slowly, which I know is a no-no.

First thing would eb to hsve your fluid level checked, or proactively flush and refill. And be sure you're changing the gears when the car is fully stopped and the RPMs are 750 or below. DON'T change gears from R to D or vice versa while the engine is revving. I assume you already know, but just in case.
