What's the best discount off I could expect ordering a new S63?

MSRP would be $223740 with Carbon Ceramic brakes, Selenite Grey/Black exclusive nappa leather, 21" AMG forged cross spoke matte black wheels, AMG night package, AMG Carbon Fiber interior trim, AMG exterior Carbon Fiber Package, wheel locking bolts, all season front and rear rubber mats, Burmester High End 4D Surround Sound system, Rear Seat Package (but not the Executive Rear Seat Package or Rear Seat Entertainment package with the screens behind the passenger and driver seat).
One local dealer said they wanted $20k over to order one.
Then they said $10k over.
Then they said they'd order the car and when it comes in, I can probably get it for MSRP. Probably?
Ok, so we're not dealing w/ them.
Other local dealer said they'd sell it for MSRP.
Other dealer locally when I told the'd I'd order the car if they can do $10k off the ordered car, he said yesterday - "Let's Do It'". He sold me my last car.
Hmmm, so another dealer that's not local keeps reaching back out to me as they had a new one I was interested in out west but the interior is Blue, we don't want a blue interior. I told them yesterday if they could take a cheap profit deal at month's end one month, we're not in any hurry, and would give me $20k off of MSRP, I'd buy the car from them instead. They asked me how much better I could do than this as they can't do it for this much off. It got me thinking, what is the right/best discount I could expect now or in a few months for a $223740 MSRP car? I guess buying a new car from building it is best done in December? I live in the Northeast, it's pretty dead that time of year here.
Any idea how to best get the best discount? I got $10k off my 2018, it had just arrived to a dealership for another customer that changed their mind.
I got 1 1/2 % off my Porsche 911 1/2 way through covid but that was a fluke, most people had to pay over.
Is $10k off the best I could expect on an ordered car or ... not? He also said that I should probably wait for a while as news on the 2026 S63's will be coming out soon and MB may make some interesting changes.
Thanks in advance. I really tried to find a used one but it's been hopeless and has been a total timesuck checking every site obsessively 3X a day. I don't want to spend this much on a new car as I know it will drop in value quickly, but we plan to keep it forever (like our last one that was totaled) so over many years, the large amount of money paid for it will be forgotten.
