USB in the center arm rest
How many of you have had issues with the USB/SD card module going south and not recognizing any device plugged into it? If you did and remedied it, would you care to share what you did? Just replaced mine with a brand new unit form Mb, but still no luck. I have power to both of the connectors (white and blue) that connect to the module.
Ideas of where to look would be greatly appreciated.
Command only shows one fault, and that's related to not being able to log onto some server. Anything USB related Xentry can see seems fine.

Not saying this is your issue, but on our GLS, we had the same issue, and I remember reading a thread about the MB system not recognizing the cables correctly. And for some reason, the workaround was using a USB-C to USB-A adapter (this is the one I use with success):
and making sure the cable you're using is a high quality cable that is specifically rated for data/media, not just charging. Hope that helps!

Appreciate the suggestion, will give it a shot. I have some decent A to C adapters somewhere... you also just gave me an idea I hadn't thought of: also testing the USB ports and see if the ports themselves have power.
