2017 S63 AMG (W222) — OBD2 adapter + app for live engine/turbo data?

I’ve got a 2017 S63 AMG (W222) and I’m looking for a clean OBD2 adapter + phone app setup so I can monitor live data while driving (phone mounted on a stand).
I’m mainly trying to see things like:
- Turbo-related temps (charge air / IAT / any turbo temp PID if available)
- Boost / requested vs actual
- Oil temp, coolant temp, trans temp, etc.
- Basically whatever useful AMG engine data the car will broadcast
I’ve seen a bunch of adapters/apps (OBDLink, Carista, generic ELM327, etc.) and I’m not sure what works best on these cars for deeper Mercedes/AMG-specific PIDs.
Has anyone here run a similar setup on a W222/S63?What adapter + app combo actually pulls the most useful data reliably?
I just did a tune + exhaust, car runs incredible, and I’d love to monitor it properly.
Thanks in advance!

I also recently did a Weistech tune on s65 and sometimes feels like it’s cutting boost, I’ll join you on this monitoring journey and do some research.
I do have benzninja setup so will start with looking at what options the factory tools provide

i did the intermediate renntech tune and got their EVM and honestly I wish I knew about benzninja before I did all that. But whatever it is what it is.
Either im going to do the throttle body this weekend or Im going to have one of my techs do it next week. Ill keep you posted too
