All Dinamica Steering Wheel
I’ve seen a lot of pictures and videos with steering wheels all dinamica, but the US build site only seems to have options for dinamica combined with leather, piano black, and carbon fiber. How does one get the all-dinamica wheel?

I think full Dinamica comes only with ED1, I might be mistaken though.

Not really.
I was #5 on the list at my dealer for Ed1, then found myself at #1 and now their allocation is available, since I backed out too and went for the Bentley instead.
