AMG GT4Door 63SE Performance
4Door 63SE Performance ECU
Hello everyone, i have a 2021 GT4Door 63SE Performance (843Hp version) and i currently have 200 CELL Armytrix downpipes installed and i was wondering if there is any way to unlock the ECU it is a Bosch MG1CP003 or if there is any other way to bypass the check engine light, thanks.

Probably in the US but since i live in EU specifically Romania it’s been out since September 2021

Did you find a solution. That ECU doenst seem to be able to modify.. Having the same issue...

not at all seems that no one has been successful in unlocking the ECU

Only once for a tuning solution I found is Opus with an add on box( 6500euro for 940hp). I dont think it will take care of the downpipe error though, but you could ask them.

Yeah i know about it but it doesn’t work with aftermarket downpipes only original exhaust and it’s not an option unfortunately. maybe in the future it will be unlocked we will just have to wait

what about the a tune option? i was looking into the dme tune and downpipe package through keller performance or eurocharged. would that work for yours?

The problem is that the ECU is locked at least for EU cars which are equipped with a Bosch MG1CP003 control unit and no one has been able to unlock it so far. i don’t know if US got the same ECU tho.

You removed the opfs on yours ?

Well i’ve had quite a few upgrades over the past couple of months
So if you have the ecu locked and do full catless yes it will LIMP the car. you will need an ecu tune for it to run catless. My setup is no opfs & 200 cats downpipes with an emulator that tricks the car into thinking the OPFs & cats are still installed and it works perfectly. i also have blackboost blowoff and rrahamani piggyback for more power and never had any problems

yes ECU is locked.

you got opf emulator from seletron ?

can you show me rrahmani piggyback ?

Yes it’s from seletron but they had to come to my country to specifically set the emulator for my e performance
as for the rrahamani piggyback i’m sure they could help you with it if you message them on instagram. the piggyback is basically 2 small boxes that are each individually attached to bank 1 and 2 pushing over 900HP for reference 100-200 is 5.69 sec also the downpipes i have are from armytrix

no dyno before and after right ?

Mine made 900hp on crank, I am hoping these two will make it go to 1000

Unfortunately no dyno before and after , only dragy so dragy before (100-200) 6.77 , (0-100) 2.89 , and can’t tell you 1/4 because i didn’t do one before, but here are the after results (100-200) 5.69 best i had so far , (0-100) 2.77 , and 10.3 1/4 , i’m pretty sure it’s pushing near 1000 as well since carwow’s 1000HP new G90 M5 is getting 10.4 1/4

does it have any branding on it ?

Yes sure here is the picture of one of the piggybacks & seletron emulator , and no only the seletron emulator has their branding the piggyback is just a black plastic box with a see thru glass and a motherboard and leds inside

I am having issues finding seletron, can you give me some pictures of the opf off module so I can understand what it is ?

I am in the process of building a piggyback for the ECU so I can tune it

how does it sound with the blackboost blowoff? i was debating on that but does it sound ricey at all or perfect?
