As title states, calling in the experts. How do these plugs look? Currently have 10,000 miles on them, i pulled to check. Stock replacement NGK's ILFRA something or other.

With a magnifier and a light, look inside the barrel around the base of the insulator insulator. Do this with all 16. There you will see the true condition.
