Spark Plug Experts - Reading a Plug




I scrapped the build up around the top, please ignore. This one was black around the top like the others.



As title states, calling in the experts. How do these plugs look? Currently have 10,000 miles on them, i pulled to check. Stock replacement NGK's ILFRA something or other.

Looks good to me ,I go for the medium color too ..paper bag brown is the optimal power tune but this color you have gives it a Cushion for margin safety

With a magnifier and a light, look inside the barrel around the base of the insulator insulator. Do this with all 16. There you will see the true condition.
