9j front wheels on w211 sport

as above has anyone fitted 9j wheels to the front axel

on the wheel fit guide i found, it only mentions 8.5 front wheels in 18/19/20" form but dose suggest a 255/35 front tyre,

so in therory if i were to fit a 9" wide front wheel with a 225/235 with 35/30 profile would it fit?

i have Bentley continental wheels in mind they are 9x19 et41 so back will be fine its just the front to worry about

Have been driving on 9" Lorinsers with 235 for 3 years till tires needed change.
But I think I have 30mm offset.

Why run a 225 tire on a 9" wheel? That's way too narrow.

Surprisingly 9" rim can accommodate tires 225-275 width with manufacturers blessing, while without blessing I have seen stretched more.

excellent news, i had intended to use a 10mm Spacer on the front and maybe larger on the rear although i could get away with 10
