Hey guys,
Does anyone have previous experience with this company?
I placed an order a week ago and I have yet to receive tracking or my item.
I sent them a follow up email asking for information with no response so far.

I've had email exchanges with the guy years ago about some products and he was always very responsive. Maybe he's on vacation due to the holiday season?

Good luck. They were unresponsive with me as well, missed shipping timelines, forgot tracking info, forgot to include all parts, forgot to ship all the missing parts, etc. I wasted so much time and aggravation going back-and-forth with the guy. Never again.

I just received a reply from them. It is not what I wanted to hear.
"Hey
Did you receive the previous email regarding the year and model of your car?
What is the year and model of your car? Then we can confirm the fitment of the item."
I specifically picked the product for a 2011 Mercedes C63 AMG. It's all over the invoice which THEY provided.....
Follow up from the vendor,
"Thanks for your confirmation. Many customers ordered the wrong parts for C63 / Non C63 cars. That is why we need to confirm the year and model of the car. Sorry about that. The email may not send out. We will have your package ship out today. Keep you updated the tracking number ASAP. "

I finally received tracking for my order.
I'm sure that they had every right intention throughout the process. I just wish that my item wasn't two weeks late.

I think with a lot of these vendors that just get boat loads of parts for cheap from China just lose track of who orders what or they really have no respect for the parts because they are such crap and cheap and their profit margins are so high they really don't care about the customer service aspect of things.
When you don't have confidence in what you sell (even though you say you do) you really don't care what happens to the end user. They might be all customer service based in the beginning, but really lose interest as the car model fades or they just sell so many while they laugh all the way to the bank.
RW sells the exact same stuff as these guys...you can buy them in bulk from Alibaba or from China. Its all the same stuff coming out the same factories. But at least they have somewhat of a quality control aspect to it. Either they inspect each part, spray a better layer of clear coat, and polish the parts up...but each time I have received a part from them it is the "best example" of the same fiberglass FRP carbon overlay plastic you can get from China/Ebay/Alibaba (maybe looked over and hand selected from the bulk order). And they stand behind the product as far as exchanges or returns for whatever reason.

I just received the lip and was test fitting it for almost two hours before giving up.
The lip looks amazing. But it does NOT fit!!!
The lip is not symmetrical... whatever mold was used or whoever did the finish messed up the symmetry. I can get the passangeer side to align but the driver side is a big NO.
It didnt matter what I did, the driver side did not want to align at all, while the passenger side is spot it.
I've asked for a replacement lip or a refund. Here we go with the headache.

I have ordered 2 diffusers for 2 of my cars, carbon intake and carbon side skirts. They came through couple times. However, they always would respond, 'Hey, did you get this email?' if it was about warranty or payments. They are sketchy AF. They did waranty one or 2 things, however my latest issue was my side skirts. There is absolutely no way one of them could fit perfect in any way. Left side was quite perfect, and not the right side. i sent them pictures, and everything I can do do to prove that it does not fit at all as it is not flush and a big gap in between (hard to explain), and after several, several months of emailing back and forth (because their sketchy @ss would reply once a month or so), they said if you pay shipping we and give us back the old one we will do so. I finally said no because I'm tired of putting my effort in emailing and contacting these f*cks. I gave my business to BOCA; they are stand up guys and the quality is actually amazing. I'm done with JL.
