I know, but doesn't it makes you sick that one week or two after a fix you have to pay for 12 more cans ?
It's not a Einstein idea, but last time I trashed 240 eur of pentosin in 3 weeks after a repair
this is not to make old pentosin new
this is for if you repaired your abc and 3 week or a month later you get another problem and so particles of O-rings or so gets in to the pentosin
anyway, my decision is made, I am trowing the whole abc out of the car. it is problems only. far to much labor and wasting my pleasure driving this car
FORGET IT. The additives in the Pentosin are already DEAD. The product does have a shelf life of only 2-3 years unused in perfect stored conditions, after that times, the additives colapse and disintegrate already - and thats not even in use!
This is a hightech hydraulic oil used mainly in the aerospace industry, its NOTHING without its additives. Also it attracts water like brake fluid does.
The stock filter (new version) is already 3 microns!!! Thats 3 thousands of a Millimeter - you cant go much finer and still the oil is dead after 2,3 years and turns dark, additives dead, probably condesnation water in it, chemical residues form other components in the system and so forth.
