W205 C63s Coupe
305s on sedan, possible?

In the process of purchasing w205 coupe or sedan, but I want to put on some fat wheels after the purchase. More specifically, I want to run rear 305s on the sedan, I already know 305s for the Coupe is already possible. However, I haven't heard much on the sedan end. Has anyone had any success? Thanks

Hi, I got 295 Michelin Pilot Alpin on my 63 Sedan. But 305 Should be possible with a different offset but it could get a bit difficult to find a rim that is fitting. Now I got 19 x 10 with 50 offset..so you maybe would need a forged rim with custom offset

Greetings from Germany

This question has been asked about a doz times so you should use the search first.
To help in the search look for king monkeys thread as he put 305s on his sedan.

Okay so if you are so intelligent and know the whole thread..than look in his thread and tell us the correct offset how 11" rims would work because he did not write it..

Your chosen wheel mfg. will work out the offsets for you.

Okay that was my first thought but in Germany the big tuning shops like Brabus, Carlsson and Väth do not offer such sizes. I think they end with 20x10

Keep in mind the bigger the wheel and the wider the tires while it looks great it also comes with more unsprung weight.

xxxPaulxxx, can you put some pictures up of your 295's, I'm sure everyone would like to see them fitted on your car.

I am running 295 Dunlops on my sedan and they look so good from the rear.

I was was actually following behind my wife who was driving the C63S last night after a Christmas party and I couldn't take my eyes off of the massive tyres.

I LOVE this car... (now that it doesn't rattle)

Hey Ksmith, I'm running standard size tyres on the front at the moment.

I'll upgrade the front when I upgrade my wheels.

I think I'll run semi slicks too once I find some wheels.

Lowered 20mm over 295's...

Wait, does this mean you're running the stock rims with the 295 rear tires?

All the rattles everyone else on this forum has complained about:

Dash in front of the steering wheel
left door speaker
right door/B pillar
roof lining
passenger seat
centre parcel shelf

All gone, except the dash and parcel shelf every now and then.
