You leave them plugged and tuck them behind the bumper so no code.

Daytime running lights can be disabled through the dashboard settings so there is no error code ever present.

The side markers, yes you can either just tuck them under, or do what I did and add resistors after removing them, so there are no error codes for them as well.

What would be needed to make this fit a c63 model?

It won't fit. The C63 fenders are wider. I checked with my own car.
