Full Blackout on C63s Coupe
Hi guys,
So i finally picked up my car. I couldnt get one with a night pack so i had to settle with a car closest to my spec i wanted.
Problem is i want to black out the full vehicle, as ive done with a few of my past vehicles.
The only thing im concerned about is the silver window trim, any ideas on how i can get these blacked out? Vinyl, spray or can i retrofit the night pack window trim???...
Also i will black out all silver and chrome, every single bit, i was wondering if i should make the wheels full gloss black? Opinions?.
Here are few pics of the car:

Personally I would leave the wheels alone until I've seen the rest of the car fully blacked out and then decide. Are you getting the tailpipes replaced?

They will probably ceramic coat them gloss black for me, they have done it in the past for me on my CLA45 AMG and my M4

Im in the minority here but the silver accents have a good feel IMHO... they contrast well; the rim linings, the front fascia, side lines, badges, exhaust, and rear diffuser sections all mate up well against the black car. It gives the car a bit of "class" in its look while still showing it means business in performance. Obviously doing the whole thing black will make it very aggressive.

A full black out on a black car will ruin it IMO. I'd keep it classy as Vic pointed. The silver contrasts well.
I personally did the following on my black car and love the look:
- Powdercoated the wheels in Satin Black
- Painted the grill in gloss black except the star
- Painted the side skirts black instead of silver
Before:
Now:
I even went as far as wrapping the car in satin pearl white and reversed to black at one point:

@Vic55 @Guilty , agreed the silver trim does add alot more class to it, howeever im going for the mean super aggressive look. my last few cars have always been completely blacked out so its kind of my thing now.
Id wrap the silver trim so that i can revert at anytime so i know id have peace of mind incase i hate it (which i doubt), but badges and grill will be painted and most likely the wheels aswell...

Lovely car man!
I see you are in Gauteng, SA.
I did a full black out of all chrome on my C63 (Window trim included).
It was done by Clean Car Technologies in Randburg.
You can call Rowen on 079 890 3966 if you're interested

As part of blacking out I, Had the chrome on the door handles, front grill and rear chrome strip wrapped in satin black. Car also came with the chrome door cups that I had wrapped in satin black + xpel. Thinking of going with the black chrome look on the badges...

Thank you!, did they need to remove the window trim to wrap?.
