In this case, the "cheap knockoffs" are more than serviceable and work perfectly via simple plug-and-play. I have MB/AMG logo projectors for the front doors of my C450 sedan that look as good as any I've seen, and they only cost me $20-$40.
I see no reason to spend nearly $200 for the exact same thing.
In terms of the coupes/cabriolets, I don't think the OEM lights or the knockoffs posted above will be compatible, as the coupes seem to have different puddle lights.
There seems to be some confusion on what constitutes a true "puddle" light.
True puddle lights are the lights which emit from the bottom of the outside mirrors, lighting the ground around the doors when unlocking the car...so one can see the puddles before opening the car door.
The lights I posted a link to are door projectors, which replace the existing lower door lights (if you don't have the interior package, they're only unlit reflectors), and only come on once the door is opened...by then you've already stepped in the puddle.
And to someone's comment about LED door projectors getting hot...yes they do if the door stays open for awhile, hence the heat sinks on the OEM lights.
I want to get door projectors, correct. However, I am still unsure about 'interior package'
I'm in the US, and I got Premium 2 package on my C205 C3004matic Coupe.

Can I buy these items? Will these fit?
If your current lower door lights are powered to light up when you open the car door, just ask the parts guy at your dealership if the OEM door projectors (#A1668205900) fit your car.
Can someone suggest any quality onces that you are using for your sedan/coupe? (I think they will be the same)
I've been using aftermarket "shadow logo lights" for years with no issues, except that the logo images fades on the drivers side from opening and closing the door. (I bought extra 10mm film from Aliexpress)
Why would anyone spend $200+ on this when you can get them for $10 a pair? What happens when the OEM MB logo fades?? Another $200?
Can you post an image of your current stock door lights?
