How to Clean & Protect the Chrome Splitter & Exhaust Tips?
Mine has a lot of watermarks, not sure how to protect it. I'm not sure if it's just chrome plated or real metal so bit wary about what chemicals I throw on it.
This from chemical guys might be a product to use: http://www.chemicalguys.com/Metal_Shine_Extreme_Polish_Protection_16_oz_p/spi_102_16.htm?bvstate=pg%3A2%2Fct%3Ar
Also for exhaust tips, what's a good product to use to get rid of tough stains? I did a clean with shampoo and wheel cleaner which got rid of most stains and dirt, but just a few I'm struggling with now.
I had no real issues with water spots on my old W205 C300 because I would chamois the vehicle after it was washed, and normal washing would remove any of the old water spots.
Get yourself one of these...
As for the black exhaust stains on the exhaust tips, chrome cleaner and elbow grease got it off for me.
