HUD retrofit

Hi guys.
My car didn't came with HUD and i was thinking if it can be retrofitted.
Now,i found a guy who is selling a new hud for very cheap and i was wondering if it's worth buying and what other parts will i need for conversion so i can figure out a cost.
The thing the guy is selling is in the photos below...i don't even know if it is the complete assembly or if it requires other parts.
Does anybody have any informations?
Thank you.

You'll need a new dashboard and I THINK a new windscreen as well. Along with the ever elusive "MB Coding "

Thanks for your answers.
I thought the HUD will be the most expensive part ,but looks like it's gonna be the labour...even in i can find a new dashboard and windscreen for less money, the removing, installing and coding everything in a Mercedes centre it's gonna be huge money...
So i am gonna pass on that..

C450, GLS 63 and a few other things
Probably best to not throw money at this.

That said, I'll say that while I have no knowledge for MBs, on another forum I'm on with cars that have HUD, people have been successful in cutting the dash to fit. Also, for that make, the non HUD windshields seem to work fairly well. When looking side-by-side, you can tell the non-HUD windshields aren't as crisp, but many people have done the install without a HUD windshield and have been very happy.

Again, I'm not sure how that translates to MB, but it would be worth looking into if someone was going to try this.

There is a portable HUD, though it is expensive and seems limited.
