looks like it will fit with some gaps, esp near the bottom, seems the 2010-2012 has a bit sharper center while the newer ones are rounder. Unfortunately to check the mounts I would have to remove the grill to compare and I just don't have the time to do that at this point in time.

This is the one in looking at. I am interested in the black version but they don't have any pictures with it on a car(black version) my car is black with gloss black wheels so I'm thinking the black grill will look better

To the ones that purchased the diamond grill, how strong is the plastic compared to the OEM grill? Does it feel like ABS plastic? It gets super hot here in Los Angeles during the summer and heat degrades plastic quickly. Also, did you have to transfer the OEM emblem onto the diamond grill? If so, how difficult is it to do so?

I think it is oem, you are just getting it from the manufacturer much cheaper, even the box looks like what would ship to a dealer. Mine came with an emblem but I removed it since I have a lighted emblem, just turn hard to the left and it comes loose, or check it as you turn, one grill I got when I smashed one, I had to pry away a few clips. I've replaced my grill a few times.

Well I finally got around to ordering one. I tried DSG_Tuning first, they wouldn't budge @ $190+55 shipping to Los Angeles after I sent all my offers on eBay.
So I decided to check out Alibaba and found an abundance of suppliers selling it for $120 . Hahaha DSG can kiss my @$$. Greedy skeezbags. I ended up getting mine for $140 to my door.

Did you order a Diamond grill? I found Non diamond or non Glk for 100$, the same grill but without the diamonds or with different back mounts. Nobody is being greedy, MB charges maybe 600, now there is greed. Djs shipped a faster shipping, and gave many photos and correspondence to be sure I was getting a GLK version (there are other versions that are cheaper) get plenty of photos, you need to see the mounting holes, yea 100$ but be sure it's for the GLK. I found djs fair and with the best customer service. I shopped also, but maybe you got lucky and got it cheaper.
