C63 Black Series Dyno

Here is the video of the dyno day we had in SoCal. Had 4 pulls since the first one they did in 3rd gear and not 4th. Only got 3 of the 4 sheets. I think the best HP was 530 but only have the 2 that show 524.

Mods:
Row Airboxes
Frequency Intelligent LT Headers
Eurocharged V6 tune

524HP and 450Torque on 91 octane

What was your baseline? BS has 510 crank stock? Looks like a great gain from long tubes and tune! Congrats.

I've seen this issue before.

The flux capacitor doesn't have enough gigawats...

OP, 510 is stock crank hp right? The measurement from the dyno should normally be in wheel horsepower. Any chance you had a baseline dyno run from when the car was stock? It would be interesting to know the change in WHP.

Here is the before / after we did on this car. Baseline and then with Eurocharged tune, Pulley + FI LT Headers.

^ That sounds like a more realistic figure. 524whp from a tune/headers car is a total fantasy.

420HP/408TQ --> 465HP/425TQ

is a long way off from

While the hp gains with headers + tune tend to be in the 35-40hp range quite consistently, I notice a lot of cars with fairly modest peak torque gains (in comparison to the hp) of around 15-20wtq. And then every so often, I'll see a dyno of a car that makes a jump in torque of around 40wtq and peak at 430-435wtq and even the rare few at 450wtq.

The OPs car for example...peak gain of around 15wtq. Any reason as to why some pick up a small amount and then others pick up two or three times that figure?
