Cocobeex for window trim i recommend this
http://shadowlinetrim.com/purchase.html
(get a roll of matte or gloss black tape)
Had it done about 3 years ago and still looks good. Way better looking than plasti dip , which actually dont look good on window trim. Look like you got skills to do it too.
sharing the best only lol

If your car is freshly waxed, wipe down the section you want to dip with acetone/mineral spirits.... mask the general area. Lay down the coats, allow to dry over night. Take a toothpick or similar and carefully separate the dip along the seam of what you are trying to coat. I did this with my badges and it took me all of 3 minutes of prep.....
As for the window trim, I'd suggest trying Vinyl. I had no experience with it, did my grill as the first thing I tried (took 2 attempts, but I did it on the car due to not wanting to re-install/level my laser jammers and radar head)... and then did my window trim, the rear deck lid trim and door trim in about 3 hours.... I was in a time crunch and hurried it but I'd give the outcome a 9/10.... I could do it much more quickly and likely with near perfect results if I wanted to repeat it. Any amateur imperfections will likely still look better than the spray...
Also, I'm buying that new hood badge to replace my poser Brabus one now that I ended up with the Meisterschaft + OE Tuning vs planned Brabus options. While the B logo matches my last name, but doesn't sit well with me

For sure its going to be much better result than dip.

With all you've spent on mods, how close are you to AMG price?

no where near AMG price. With tune have AMG performance (albeit Straight line only). The 550 biturbo is a total wolf in sheeps clothing and can be had for about 35k and I had 37k miles and CPO when I bought it. Tunes range from 1k to 2.5k downpipes are about 1.8k wheels range all over the place but lets say 3.5k for rims and tires and carbon bits were about 600. All in all I'm about 42-43k in and I have a car that makes more power than a non S 63. Just doing a nationwide search for 63S and non S and the lowest price car is 62k so yea I've saved about 20K give or take.

I turned in my 12 Jetta TDI and wasn't planning on getting anything for a week or two to shop around. I happened to check mbusa before leaving for the dealership and found this CPO 2014 E350 4Matic at a local dealer. Not every option I wanted but close and felt the price was great.

I need to get a better picture. I've detailed it twice and both times began raining as I was finishing up so I haven't had an opportunity to get good clean pictures.

I got similar trim interior, but the steering is plain and boring, non-wood trim.

Start/Stop
Hey folks,
wondering if its possible to either turn off the start stop feature from automatically turning itself on every time i start the car, OR if thats not an option, can the car be programmed to stay in S mode all the time, which is not preferred, but i do hate start/stop.
Cheers

I'm not sure how to make it permanent.
BTW, whenever you put the vehicle in Sport, that feature will be turned off automatically. You need to manually turn out ON.
You have e350 and want sport mode all the time? I know it's your wish, though.

Click on E/Eco button next to passenger seat warmers.

I'm loving the older classy look. Ordered some new caps and put those on a week ago. I'm quite happy I got these instead of the TSWs or Mandrus, I was looking at during the final hours.
