Wow even the bilstein pss9 on my 2009 Audi S3 you can adjust by just laying on the ground!
how much thread is there on the front strut and rear cup running that low?
I'm about 1" lower all around. KW can lower a max 1.2." I'm running 265/30 in the rear, and 245/35 in the front with a 12mm spacer only in the front. No rubbing.
KW V3 on 19" 507 wheels. Rear adjustment still requires removing the spring and adjusting the collar. PITA.
I'm able to adjust my KW DDCs without removing the spring. Insert spring compressors up through the center of the coil, compress, then adjust the collar. It requires a slight disassembly of the spring compressors, but is easy enough.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to give it a try. What type compressor do you use? Clamps/hooks or the discs?

I rented a set like this from O'Reilly. You have to remove one arm, by knocking out the pin, and reassemble once its inside the coil (then repeat the disassembly to get them back out). Takes about 10 minutes to do each side.
Note: This picture from amazon has the arms installed upside down.

Seriously tho, lots sit somewhat lower in the right rear, I believe its cos of the battery. Yes, I know that sounds wacky.
Regardless, you seem very level now. That may actually leave you looking a little 'saggy in the butt' visually speaking. If so, that could be rectified by using the 17mm spring pads. Just search '17mm' if you want to find part numbers. Im sure you will find it.

So that's why I am 1/2-1/4 in. lower on the rear right than on the rear left??? I thought there was a problem.

Tire options for a lowered C63
It's time for new tires again. Haha, they never last too long!
I've been doing some extensive reseach to find a performance tire that offers some longevity, and it seems I'm right back to the Michelin PSS.
I was highly considering some sticky Toyo R888's this time around but with daily driving the car, 2k miles wasn't going to cut it for a set of rears.
I have a P31 C63 Sedan lowered on H&R springs, with 10mm spacers in the rear. Along with the 17mm pads. Sitting on stock 18's.
Im currently running Michelin PSS 255/35/18 in the rear. I was wondering if I could step up to either 265 or 275's in the rears with out rubbing. 275's seem like a long shot, but the extra rubber would be nice.
Up front I have 235/40/18. Doesn't look like I have much wiggle room to play with, with the 12.5mm spacers. But I'm curious to hear what you guys are running.
Also, I am open to other tire suggestions..
Since I'm getting fronts and rears this time around it would be nice to see how another tire compares to the Michelins I've been running since getting the car.
Fronts just stick with the 235s. For the rears I run 265/35 but I'm pretty sure there's not enough room for a 10mm spacer. Roswell agreed when I was looking at spacers.

P31 pkg on H&R springs
Was wondering if anyone is running 19's on their P31 sedan with H&R springs.
By the looks of it, and what I've been seeing around, the P31 pack c63's sit lower than a standard c63.
i would really love to run a set of HRE new FF (flowform) series wheels, but I don't know if they will fit with the springs. I've seen a few stock P31 sedans running these wheels and it was a close fit with the stock suspension. Wondering what the wheel specs would have to be to avoid any rubbing.
May have to put the stock suspension back on, or upgrade to coils to fit them.
Hoping to find some answers! Anything would help, appreciate it guys!
2012 P31 with H+R Sport springs, with 17mm rear spring shim, 19" Vorsteiners.
Front is 8.5" +45 (with a 10mm spacer), Rear is 9.5" +46. OEM tire sizes, until I wear these out.
Sorry, not the greatest photos. Its rained almost every day here since before I put these on.

Thank you very much for the info.
I was also considering Vorsteiner wheels. Are those the VF 101's? They look awesome on your car! Your c63 is soooo clean, the 507 strip really adds a lot!
How much did you pay for your Vorsteiner's?
Stoked to finally see them on a facelifted c63, I've only ever seen them on a pre-facelift before.
I tend to be quick cos I have no memory. I have to reply right away or I forget to!
Those ARE the 101s, in carbon graphite instead of black. Just a touch of sparkle that way. And thanks for the kind words. I like the look a lot too. Not at first, took a day or two to grow on me but thanks to them I am now looking at my car across the parking lot, like I used to do with my black PFL.
I was sworn to secrecy on pricing, but I got them on Black Friday with a few other things from Golan at AutoTalemt and he was excellent to deal with. Standard pricing would be about $2300 I believe, with another $125 for the red caps. I'll put up a couple pics with those now that I have them. It's a little thing but makes a difference.

The red caps definitely finishes them off nicely!
Was wondering if I could run any of these offsets for the 19's with out any rubbing.. I'm also using the 17mm shim pads!
Like i mentioned before I have seen them on stock suspension and it looks like a tight fit, that why I'm looking for a definite answer.
Really appreciate all the help thus far!
So stoked checking all these pics. I have a 13 non P31 Sedan (currently being repaired after the sun roof popped at highway speed. grrrrrr) Also a story for another thread.
After the body shop it goes to my guys. We are adding an Akro cat back with secondary cat delete, painting the calipers red, and lowering using H&R sports.
Here is my current set up on stock suspension with pics
P44SC - Just refinished in brushed clear. (also pic
Front wheel - 19 X 9 - ET42 - Tires Conti Contact DW 255/35/19
Rear wheel - 19 X 10 - ET 52 - Tires Conti Contact DW 285/30/19
Pretty sure the back will rub with the current tire size (already did a few times through a few large humps) and dont think spacers will be needed.
Any advice is much appreciated (and of course pics will be supplied when completed)
Sooooo excited to get this all done. Rear close up profile
