Actually average salary at the Vance plant is 65.00 /hour including benefits per Tuscaloosa newspaper article. . Hourly interns start at 16.72/hour. They are definitely not minimum wage workers.

As for hearsay, I doubt your dealer would pass the bar since such is a statement made out of court, introduced in court for the truth of the matter, there are more than 30 common law exceptions, and if not introduced for the truth of the matter, but something else, like notice, it is admissible. Of course, admissions or statements under oath are non-hearsay.
