Is Canada considered ROW

OP's question was totally legit. Look at TPM systems. You'd think US>DOT regs>Canada = same system as US but not so. US C63's got the direct TPMS system but Canada got the cheaper and almost useless indirect ABS/ESC-based system. That still makes no sense to me.

Please explain? Which one is useless? Canadian tire pressure monitors?

Yeah, you jogged the memory banks. IIRC what happened was at the time of the 507 it was discussed on this forum that Canadian cars were delivered with the indirect system as opposed to the direct. I remember commenting on that thread. It was odd...

My 08 and 09 did not have, my 2012 does.
The PFLs could still give you a low pressure warning, using the ESP sensors, but it could not give you actual numbers.

How was the question legit asking if Canada was in NA or not?

I thought it was USA vs ROW. I was under the impression that the US got its own items, and literally the rest of the world got different ones, including Canada and Mexico.
I based that off the fact that Canada gets some options we dont and even their standard equipment is different than ours.

There's only NA and Euro (where Euro goes everywhere other than NA aka "ROW") spec where each destination country could have slightly different options..
Options are different than build standards such as emission components that the air boxes fall under. Such as folding mirrors, TPMS etc...
