Center Vent Problems 1995 c220
I have a 1995 c220. I took it to the dealer to fix the problem of the air not blowing from the center vents. The dealer did the following things: replaced the cracked vacum block and replaced switch over valve. I also had them replace the cabin air filter. For about a week no problems with the center vents. Now it takes 30 minutes before the air will blow out.
When its really hot outside (99 degrees plus) it also takes 15 minutes before the car will cool down.
Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

I am not sure this is the same problem. My center vents and my feet vents in my C43 were not blowing at all. The problem ended up being the vacuum line by the mass air sensor. Fixed immediately.

Just so you know, this is a 5 year old thread, doubt the folks that originally posted will respond. The vacuum distribution block is underneath the glove box. I think if you remove the underdash panel on the passenger side and look up you should see it. You could also remove the glovebox and get to it that was as well.
