C43 and w208 CLK 55 - Same exhaust?

Hey everyone,
I have the secondary cats and resonator delete on my C43.
On my CLK55 its just the stock exhaust. Now that i daily drive my C43 and use the CLK55 at the track, i realize i want the more open/louder exhaust on the CLK55 and back to stock on the C43.
Im thinking... can i simply unbolt the exhaust from just behind the primary cats on both cars and swap them? are they same same layout?

it would be awesome if it were that easy, im not used to that ever being the case so i wanted to try and confirm here. I know alot of the parts are the same but wasn't sure if the exhaust routing was the same or if the muffler shape was the same, etc.

thanks for any feedback,
alan

don't you love the raspy V8 rumble from your c43 anymore?
V8 growl is like a good coffee in the morning, sound is going to wake you up on the way to work

Yes, i do love it. but i dont like how quiet the CLK is at the track

id rather spend 2 hours free labor and maybe spend $30 for some new hanger bushings and gaskets vs paying another $300-$400 in labor to cut out the cats and resonator again and replace it with stainless. also, this way i still have one complete intact stock exhaust to move around as i wish

also, can either of you confirm the original question??

also, i think its some sort of unwritten rule that your slower car should not be louder than your faster car

As i remember; "C43" sharing the same Exh. manifold with "W208 Clk43/Clk55", but the rest are little bit differ in curve angle..!

C43 w/clk55 Organs
Zayed is right, headers and primary cats are same!

Although the resonator is same, its output pipe kicks out further to miss the larger diff.

Rear muffler is same design but is cut for the bumper shape, tips are mounted higher up, inlet pipe kicks out more to miss the diff. you need to bend the hangers to get nice fitment.
