Pre-lift Neck Pro reset
Hello,
I own pre-lift (2008 model) W204. Bought this car with Neck Pro thrown out. I can't close it (by pushing back) because someone closed the metal "hinge".
I found some videos showing that you can unlock Neck Pro (with some special tools) but it doesn't apply to my pre-lift model.
Is it possible to somehow unlock it, or the headrest is junk now, and I must search a new one?

Thank you for reply. In free time I'll try to fix it 
And one more thing - does need to be a high ampere battery (for example. accu from CAR) or it can be something like LR23A Battery from Duracell?

Doesn't need a high amperage battery. All it needs is a small amount of power. Try not to drop that metal pin to the bottom because it's hard to pick it up. It happened to so I had to remove the headrest.
