Help! w211 command says:'' please close ''

Hi everybody!

My European 03 w211 command system says: please close. I can't do anything, only switch radio stations. How do i get my radio/navi to work again?

Try the "soft" reboot using the control panel. If that doesn't do it, pull and then reinstall the two fuses that power the COMMAND system to perform a "hard" reboot. In the 10 years I have owned the car, I had to use the "hard" reboot one time. For my car, it was fuses 26 and 28 in the driver's side cockpit fuse box.
