We have a a209 soft top 08
There is no electricity at the roof operation switch. This seems to have affected the instrument cluster and the brake lights.

Mike, what's wrong with the cluster and brake lights? Also, what is the vehicle battery voltage?

Thanks very much for your help, Rudney. All is OK. We changed the battery. It was not yet 3 yrs old. I guess the brake and dash lights were part of the problem.

The radio has no sound. I'm told it has to be reprogrammed. How do I do that?

Regards,

MADillon

Hmm, no programming for the radio is necessary. There's no security code or anything like that. Try holing the radio power button down for 10-20 seconds until the system reboots and see if that helps. If not, try pulling fuses: #26 (side of the dash, driver's side), #64 (fuse panel under the hood), #20 (fuse panel in the trunk).
