E Class facelift
I assume this caries over to the AMGs. When does 20 production start? I just put a deposit down for a wagon but I might as well wait for the refresh.

Not likely to be able to be ordered till late 2019 so get it 2020 and then I assume the AMG lags behind that so sometime towards late 2020.
I could never wait that long, to get that facelift version, I’ll likely be 2 years into my 3 year lease so not worth waiting for in my circumstances.

Can't deliver ordered 2019 models on time but ready make a all new 2020 redesign that might need new government certification

The thing is - the E53 is already showing this update as a 19 model (I think). I can’t imagine it takes that long for the 63. https://www.motor1.com/news/240283/m...n-wagon-debut/
The update to the E range isn’t here yet so at best will be launched Spring 19 which will be a MY20 which given what we have seen this year will be able to be ordered from Junish 19 (certainly that was the story in UK), delivered autumn 19.
Huge optimist could say it will be same time, but I thought the AMG’s were like the Audi RS’s where they came along 9-12 months later from the core range?
Best case another year, worst case 18-24 months.
Either way, I’m not waiting that long!
