15' CLS400
Talking Picking up my CLS400 this week!!

It seems my time working on my 209 has come to an end. Purchased a 15 CLS400 yesterday and will be picking it up sometime this week. Thanks Rudeney, Glyn, Yidney and other guru thats helped me over the years. My 07' CLK350 Cab is going to my 16yr old nephew as his first car so I may stick around here if any issues come up.

12yr old CLK350 ----- > 3 yr old CLS400

My "Decade newer car.. Can't wait for it list"
1: Bluetooth -- ya really I don't have it.
2: TPMS -- not so much a big deal
3: Navigation -- I use waze anway
4: Airmatic
5: Massaging seat!! -- gonna take me longer to get to work now.
6: No balance shaft!

Congrats! I really like the CLS. I keep looking at CLS 63 AMG-S models. But I'm not sure that I want to give up the convertible. I' still probably a year or to away from trading anyhow, so plenty of time to decide.

^^^Lol, that exchange. Congrats on the new ride! I came from a newer 2012 Kia Optima, which was great in terms of having a car that had all the “new” features like Bluetooth and a “manual” mode on the auto transmission (hey, the Jeep didn’t have that!), but when I got to feel the build quality and sheer fun to drive the AMG w209, I was like..... I can live without! With that said, I can only imagine what having both in one package would be like. You’ll love the CLS!

Now, I’m thinking even more so bare bones - I have a few too many electrical gremlins for my liking at the moment, so I’m looking into a w208 or w210 for my next ride. A newer w219 would be ideal!
