Need Help in the Portland/Vancouver Area re Locking Lug Key #316

I bought my E-350 fresh off lease. It has factory locking lugs with code #316. Discovered previous owner didn't include master key for lugs. I have the factory kit with the original non-locking lugs but no master. I have searched everywhere within the car with no luck. I don't need the locking lugs otherwise I would buy the key from the dealer, just need the master for a few minutes to install the original lugs. If anyone in the Portland, OR or vicinity has the #316 key I would be glad to meet with you. Should only take a few minutes to swap out the four lugs. THanks

Not sure if this would work - but
https://www.sears.com/tools-hand-tools-screwdrivers/b-1021298?Brand=Two%20Elephants&Screwdriver%20Type=S tandard&Tip%20Type=Specialty&filterList=Brand%7CSc rewdriver%20Type%7CTip%20Type

I
have a removal socket too that will prob ruin the lock - which you prob don't care...but should get the lock off assuming a gorilla did not torq the crap out of...(I like in West Linn)

Could also try les schwabs - they have removed in the past too - but they clearly say - not responsible for damage to the wheel (as would I) lol...

Good luck.

If the lock is the external keyed type lug, just buy a cheap socket that is slightly too small to fit over it and bang it on with a hammer, then remove the lug. Been there done that a few times.
