Your dealership should 100% be accepting Fidelity warranty coverage in their service department, I'd give the dealer another call and make sure you're NOT talking to someone in their F&I sales office, but a service advisor in the service center about Fidelity warranty acceptance.

In all likelihood your dealership does not sell Fidelity but they sure will gladly work with them to get covered repairs paid for.
