I'm finishing up installing the intercooler system then I should be able to start data logging some pulls. Should make some good power with the Whipple, Camshafts and all supporting mods.
I've been running the AMG gas cap for a few months with no issues. You can also tune out the engine code if you ever have any issues.
Wow that looks and sounds great man, nice work. Do you have a link for the AMG gas cap, the ones I saw for sale on eBay the seller told me wouldn't fit my model year E63, thanks.

Bought mine on eBay a few months ago. I believe they're all the same, some come in plastic bags and the expensive ones come in a fancy AMG box.

Cool, thanks sickSVT. What year is your car? No problems with fitment? Could you please post a pic of the backside of your new cap. Don't want to make an expensive mistake, those caps aren't cheap.
Installed a 8" Android head unit to monitor my Intercooler Temps, Engine Coolant, Trans Temp, Fuel Pressure, Voltage, ect. with AMG Performance media style gauges.
Fabbed some custom aluminum intake pipes to go in the factory intake scoops location. Dropped my air intake temps about 20F*.
Installed a Blackboost Thermostat, dropped my engine coolant and oil temps by 20F*.
Had some custom Beadlock wheels made to match my HRE wheels so I can run some 305 MT ET Street R's.

This is surprising! I'd have thought that metal would pick up heat from the engine bay.
Did watch a video where a tuner said his builds would always pick up a couple of ponies going with a metal/hard pipe (Likely cuz the pipes won't collapse as opposed to silicone/soft material) for air intake.

Everything looks amazing!
The Whipple definitely breathes a lot better with the aluminum intakes, my old air filters setup sucked hot air from the engine bay so it definitely helped with intake temps!

Sounds like a monster! Nice work. And here I am just getting my rear defroster to work.
I love how Alex says ”after a spirited drive going the speed limit on a closed course”.
