That is some upgrade and change. My only concern with aftermarket stuff is will this work? Does the Apple car play cut out? Take forever to load? Glitchy?
I did this upgrade. Apple car play does work. I like the touch screen. It is not as simple or easy to use as a system that comes from the factory but I definitely enjoy it. Boot up to apple car play sometimes has to repeat itself. And you need to find out how to make sound work if it doesn't. I could probably lead anyone through this. I will say that doing the installation takes some time.
