2014 - W212 - E400 ( M276.820, 3 liter Turbo) RWD not Hybrid
Well, now at 197,000KM if the engine and tranny mounts ( 3 ) have not been replaced at least at 125,000KM.......... the engine mounts + tranny is partially or entirely responsible for the
vibration you are feeling.
Slight RPM "burb" could be from AC compressor kicking in, assuming your combustion is all good .

You need to bring it to a proper MB capable workshop.
They can scan the car and check fuel trims, cylinder smooth running, EVAP system , PCV system, compression test using battery amperage which is known as Relative Compression and others.
The engine to run well need 3 things.
Fuel, air and proper timing to fire the spark plug...aka ignition and also good compression.

On a sidenote, I visually checked my engine mounts on my C350 with 128,000 miles and they appear collapsed, thought there is not yet any noticeable vibration. I will be replacing them some time this summer.
