W212 m276 rpm wont stay still!

While the rpm is hovering, there was a slight vibration in the cockpit.

Well, now at 197,000KM if the engine and tranny mounts ( 3 ) have not been replaced at least at 125,000KM.......... the engine mounts + tranny is partially or entirely responsible for the
vibration you are feeling.

Slight RPM "burb" could be from AC compressor kicking in, assuming your combustion is all good .

You need to bring it to a proper MB capable workshop.
They can scan the car and check fuel trims, cylinder smooth running, EVAP system , PCV system, compression test using battery amperage which is known as Relative Compression and others.
The engine to run well need 3 things.
Fuel, air and proper timing to fire the spark plug...aka ignition and also good compression.

Or get XENTRY or other proper scan tool and learn how to check for these things yourself. I think @BenzNinja could help with the diagnosis.

On a sidenote, I visually checked my engine mounts on my C350 with 128,000 miles and they appear collapsed, thought there is not yet any noticeable vibration. I will be replacing them some time this summer.
