2012 e550 rough running between 1500-2000 rpms over 2000 rpm smooth as silk gets a little better after it warms up but it still there can not figure this out

I only run premium gas
No codes
Replaced wires and boots
replaced both driver and passenger side in the tank fuel pumps
is there something I should see in the live data?

I would watch MAP, Throttle cmd & sensor, all trims, injector pulse width and spark

Bad motor mounts can result in a vibration across several hundred rpm. Usually felt at the lower range. On mine it was ~1300-1800 rpm. A borescope camera can be used to inspect the mounts. One of mine was obviously collapsed and wet from the fluid leaking out.
