Weird hazard lights

Not sure what is going on with my pre facelift e350. If the car is not running and I turn on the hazard lights the left front side does not blink but if the engine is running it is fine. Looked at some of the problems with the LEDs on the forum but have not seen one with the same problem. Also if I lock and unlock the vehicle it also does not blink. I dont get any errors in the cluster.

Any idea what is going on?

There is an odd setting that does that...I had noticed my car do it in the past. Something about "Euro" hazard lights....I might need to go play wtih my cars to figure that out. It is exactly as you said....

Save your headaches, use a LAUNCH scanner to exercise your blinkers.

These lights are remotely managed via messaging.

Testing will lead you to understand what is happening.

LAUNCH scanner? I have a FOXWELL scanner, would that work? I scanned the modules and nothing is showing up.

You have to use what you have.... I understand, no problem! Perhaps it has good module coverage.

Search and look in your headlight modules or your F-SAM for a test menu that can trigger outputs.

Don't worry if you don't find it. some times it takes multiple attemps.
