2014 E350
Navigation stopped working showing Road not mapped
Hi All,

My navigation just stopped working and it's stuck in NY maps.. It appears it cannot get a GPS signal. Screen shows Road not mapped.. What do I do to fix this

Do you have any error codes? Have you rebooted COMAND system? If that doesn't work you can reset the system to factory defaults from the system menu.
