Not w/o an aftermarket solution. MB did offer a smartphone integration package for MY2018, but it's not compatible with the nav option. It's either the nav option (Multimedia package) or the smartphone integration package, but not both. There are aftermarket modules that add CarPlay/Android Auto functionality, but I have no experience with them. They require opening up the center console, installing the module and splice it into the COMAND system. CarPlay/Android Auto became a standard option with MY2019 as part of the upgraded NTG 5.5 COMAND system in the FL.
