M157 Can someone take a picture or help

I started a job replacing my Water Pump + resealing oil housing + resealing timing covers.. i figured id fix everything at once, but even using WIS/ASRA i cannot for the life of me find out what goes here. I of course took pictures, but its obscured in my shots because its behind the oil filter housing. Can someone PLEASE and THANK YOU go out to their car and take a clear picture of what goes here, or if anyone has any screenshots/docs/links anything to help figure out this please let me know! it will be greatly appreciated.

That threaded hole is for a slide hammer to pull the timing chain slide tensioner pivot pin. LEAVE IT ALONE...
