should i consider that 2022 models mbux wont be updated now ?

Is your car also a 2022 GLE ? I am on MBUX NTG6 , and it shows the last communication module update is from August 2023 same as yours. But does not shows any update from May 2024. Mercedes customer care is telling me that I am up-to-date on software. since there is nothing available on the Mercedes website and it has been more than 1 year since last update, it is hard for me to believe the support rep. It seems they are just trying to brush this off.
Can you please expand that update from the May 2024 and post a screenshot of the same to show what that update was about.
Thanks !!!

trying to get that information from this community so I can then check with support.
because if both cars are having NTG6 , it is not possible that one receives update and other doesnt

Either I or my computer was glitchy at the time, so I was downloading a region at a time.
It's my understanding that a POIs don't get downloaded with my Kluge map downloads.
But that's my WAG. I'll bet that's all support can give you also - a WAG.

I wonder if I had the POI update because I didn't do a full download of Maps.

hmm, i am not expecting too much from support lol.
can you please check one more thing ? In your car, can you navigate to settings- system - system info and advise on what you see under software version.
mine reads ‘apilevel/ntg6/080’

Rollout may be staggered like software updates usually are. That 2024 MBUX 1.0 update didn't show up on my 2021 car until end of August.

Perfect , this is what I was expecting. As previous comment mentioned, it is possible that the updates are being rolled out slowly to other cars in batches. Though the timeline does not makes sense and Mercedes support or the dealership has no idea what is the most current software, neither they have any idea on how the updates are rolled out . Dealership is asking to bring in the car to just see the software update.
I have realized today that Mercedes makes great cars but is very poor at support. The support is only good to read out from manuals. They do not deep dive into the issues to resolve it for customers.

Maybe at your last visit at the dealership they forgot to update the Hermes telematics system.
Anyway, at the dealership you can receive the updates directly from their servers

my service advisor told me that they will charge me for the service fee if I just bring the car for software update , is that even true ? They will only do it for free if mbux is having issues.
