Angry 2024 GLE450 cooling system malfunction; lemon?

I picked up my 2024 GLSE450 October 4, 2023 and it was PERFECT until June '24. Mid June it shows a dialog box: "Cooling system malfunction, drive performance reduced, service required". I go into the dealer and they say it's probably a glitch and safe to ignore unless and until the check engine light comes on. Dialog box continued to surface intermittently until July 13, 2024 when the check engine light came on as well. Towed to dealer. Since then, car has been out of service 71 days and is currently in for its 4th repair attempt. Barely 6,000 miles when this started I think.

Anyone have any experience with this issue or remedies? Anyone gone through the Lemon process with Mercedes-Benz? I'm in Washington State.

Also, oddly, the ambient temperature gauge is routinely 10+ degrees off.

Sounds like (another MB) lemon to me. Your state law defines what is and what isn’t a lemon.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this with a vehicle in this price range.

Thanks! Yes, I've read the entire Lemon Law for Washington State and it qualifies: 30 days out of service (15 in original warranty) and I'm at more than double that, 3-4 times in for repair of the same item and I'm at 4, categories are safety or reliability and drive power/performance is both. Trying to assess if anyone has gone through the process with MB in Washington State.

What kind of repair attempts were made as in what did they suspected and tried?
