Vehicle assigned to OLD OWNER
I have had my Mercedes A180 for a week now and thought it was time to figure out the online service book etc. I entered my VIN online and it states it is registered to the previous owner, what can I do??
I also tried scanning the QR code inside the car on the MercedesMe app but my car does not have this feature on its MBUX system.
