Mercedes S-Class W222 Upgrade – 24.6" Android Screen with Digital Dashboard Cluster

Hi S-Class owners,

We’re CarpuTech, a professional manufacturer specializing in premium upgrade solutions for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. If you’re driving a W222 S-Class (2014–2017) and feel the original infotainment system is starting to look dated, this upgrade brings it fully into the modern era.

We’ve developed a 24.6" ultra-wide Android screen system designed specifically for the S-Class — giving your interior a next-generation look while keeping OEM integration intact.

👉 Product link:
https://www.carputech.com/products/2...hboard-cluster

Key Features:
  • 📱 Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto – seamless access to maps, music, and calls
  • 🧠 Android system built-in – run apps like YouTube, Google Maps, Spotify, etc.
  • 🖥️ 24.6" ultra-wide HD display – transforms the dashboard with a modern luxury look
  • 🔄 Retains OEM system – full compatibility with factory COMAND system and vehicle settings
  • 🎯 Plug & Play installation – no cutting wires or complex coding
  • 🎵 Full OEM integration – supports steering wheel controls, original audio system
  • 🧭 Built-in navigation – real-time GPS via modern apps
This upgrade is ideal if you want to refresh your S-Class interior and bring it closer to the latest Mercedes digital experience — without sacrificing original functionality.

Many W222 owners upgrade the tech to match the timeless luxury of the car — this is one of the most impactful ways to do it.

If you have any questions about compatibility (NTG versions, etc.), installation, or real-world performance, feel free to ask 👍

It's awesome to see more/new sponsors here. Welcome aboard!

This looks like a very well needed solution for the W222. I would have been interested if I was still an owner. From your website this looks like a nice retrofit, assuming the resolution of the screen and speed are good.

Too bad it doesn't work with 2018-2020 W222s. I'd be all over it if it did.

Looks great, if anyone has this, any decrease in audio quality? and how is the rear sunshade lowered/raised?

Not for facelifted models, so the button isn't in between the screens like on older models.

If I get this correctly this is a screen replacement for the right screen and trim. The only advantage of this kit vs the traditional box seems to be that the right screen would be touch and the trim look like facelift (but what about the buttons?).

I am interested but the button question remains. The 2014-2017 cars definitely have a vertical row of buttons there that includes the rear sunshade controller. A link to an installation vid would be appreciated.

Looks like the button remains in the same location but changes to touch screen

A 12" screen instead of 24". In the video, you can still see the hard buttons.

You're right. I know I saw a video of this somewhere but can't seem to locate it. I reached out to them because I wanted touchscreen, mainly for using traffic apps, but they said it's not available for W222 V2.

I’d love to get a touch screen for mine. I’ve even thought about getting an aftermarket screen and putting it on top of the built in one, but I can’t do that ridiculous addition.

There was a company that offered a litlle screen that goes over the top of the screen that turns the screen into a touch screen. I saw a video for it a year ago but forgot about it. I fugure if it worked as well as it sounded that they would be pretty widespread at this point. I'll ping you if I can find it again.

Just found it, not endorsing, just saw it:
