E500 4matic front suspension questions
1. The passenger side upper ball joint is toast
2. The passenger side airmatic strut's boot is torn and leaking oil (see photos below)
3. On both sides there is a little bit of play in the lower control arm front bushings when prying at them with a pry bar (see videos below)
Both the struts have been replaced with Arnott units by the previous owner at some point. They both hold air and there's no oil leaking on the driver's side. Is it fine to replace just one side or is it generally better to replace the air struts in pairs?
Is this a normal amount of play in the lower control arm bushings or are they in need of replacement?
