GT/C192/R192: Is the GT 55 Coupe the Perfect Car?

Finally, I really recommend the 20” wheels. You’re not sacrificing that much in looks to gain a lot in comfort and practicality, not to mention the fact that tires are half as much versus the 21’s and you can buy all seasons. I thought I wouldn’t like the factory Hankooks, but they have pleasantly surprised me with how quiet and comfortable they are. Michelin Pilot Sports are really noisy in my opinion and have this drone on the freeway. Not these 20” Hankooks.

But I'm having more fun in the C63 than when I drove the GT, because of RWD. As the reviewer said, the GT lacks engagement and when he was talking about the GT R and the likes scaring him at times, he incorrectly attributed that to the gearbox being in the rear. That's not it. What scared him is that those cars are all RWD. Personally, I prefer a car that has the capacity to scare me at times. Yes, you can turn on Drift mode in the SL and the GT, but then you have to turn off all safety systems. You can't have RWD fun while still have ESP watch over you in case you screw up.
This is why the GT so far hasn't moved my needle enough. 4Matic+ kinda ruins it for me here in California with an average of 300 dry days, but it certainly opens it up for people who live in places with adverse weather conditions.

in my 2024 GT 55, I know with certainty that I could add Sirius/XM favorites to the root Favorites menu, the one that appears at the very top of the radio screen next to "Sirius/XM" and "FM" as sources. Because it was set up that way, while listening to the radio, I could scroll through ALL of my favorites using the right-sided four-way haptic control on the wheel to scroll through anything I placed in favorites, whether a FM station or a SXM one.
Now, on my 2026 GT 63, the MBUX functionality has been changed- SXM favorites cannot be added to the root favorites list, only FM stations, meaning I cannot scroll through my SXM stations using the wheel. Has anyone else experienced this? How do you scroll SXM stations?7

Edit: You are running mbux 3.0 (NTG 8?) right if so then what is described in this thread explains what you are facing with, 2024 GT might had been running mbux 2.0.
