Problem Adding Sirius Channels To Favorites
SXMFavorites does not show up as a source so the list is not accessible. Also, on the GLC300 with Radio selected in the cluster display you can press OK and it lists the sources and lets you change the source from the steering wheel. This does not work on he E350.
Anyone else run into this problem? Asked the dealer but they were less than helpful. Is this working correctly for anyone?
Excuse the fingerprints - didn't clean screen before taking pictures

I'm surprised nobody else on the forum here isn't having the problem.
.Is there a video, SOMEWHERE, that explains the procedure?
Best way to get the Favs: Use Zero Layer (not the default) Then when you touch the Icon that shows what station of your favorites is playing - it will go to all the favs.
I cannot figure out how to ORDER the favs in Frequency order. They stay in Numerical order - but I can play with that.

That would be greatly appreciated!
I'm new to both Mercedes-Benz vehicles, as well as the terminology that goes with them. I should be clearer about what I'm trying to achieve.....I get in the car, fire it up, and the screen gives me dozens of icons, representing dozens of possible stations. The problem is, A) I'm not going to listen to a quarter of them, so there's no need for them taking up space; and B) If I let the Sirius trial subscription to expire, because I'm not going to drive the car through the winter, I'm going to need to lock in the local stations that I have access to, for when I put the car back in the road in the spring. Naturally, I want to lock them in as "favorites", as well as arrange them in order, by frequency, in order to make life easier. And the same situation exists with "regular" stations, that exists with Sirius, that being multiple icons of stations that I don't need.
What I don't understand, is the owners manual is 4-500 pages thick, yet the radio has a VERY MINOR explanation of operation, filling all of 2 pages. And any videos that I've managed to find on my laptop, show how to set up the radio of previous generation E Class cars. This is the second model year, I believe, for this generation of car, so you'd think that by now, there would be videos online, demonstrating what's necessary to accomplish this task......
Anyone figured this out?
What is the STAR button on the steering wheel supposed to do?
Thanks!

Maybe an upcoming software fix will help.
