There is no mystery about the tire pressures on the two labels. The white label at the drivers door is the maximum pressure required for any operating condition. That is the 42 front, 43 rear on your car. The label on the fuel filler door has optional lower pressures for lower speed and lighter loading, as well as the max loading at max speed pressures. The two labels on my W222 S65 are the same. The white label is 49/51 which corresponds to the maximum load for up to 186mph as shown on the black label on the fuel filler door.
I have not paid attention to the present models , but all of the Mercedes-Benz seem to have two stickers . I don't know whether or not is it related to the German over engineering stuff but I find it cool . I know I may sound weird lol

Only MB has a sticker among the Germans on the fuel door if I recalled correctly.
