Metallic Rattle / Pulse on Drivers Side
I’m trying to figure out what this sound is. It sounds like it’s coming from the steering wheel area. It’s a metallic grinding, and happens more on rough road surfaces.
If anyone else has had this issue, what was it and what did you end up doing to fix it.

I haven’t hit anything too hard recently but the car may be finally showing its mileage, around 103k miles, and I believe the only code coming up for the engine mounts is for the passenger side. The bushing around some of the front suspension parts do look pretty dry though.
